Cyber Essentials is a foundation level certification designed to provide a statement of the basic controls your organisation should have in place to mitigate the risk from common cyber threats. This is achieved through a self-assessment process carried out under the guidance of our cyber security experts. Upon completion of the questionnaire you will receive the certification, allowing you to display the official Cyber Essentials badge on your documents and website.
Our basic Cyber Essentials package costs £300 excl. VAT per year.
However, if your application is rejected you will be required to submit the application again and pay a further £300 excl. VAT certification charge.
Once accredited you are required to resubmit your questionnaire on an annual basis with updated evidence which will cost £300 excl. VAT. We will remind you four weeks before your certification is due so that you can review your questionnaire before resubmitting.
The process is fully set up online through a secured member access. With your login details, you can access the online questionnaire, save your progress and return to it later and validate each section before final submission. You are also supported throughout the self-assessment, either via the help buttons on the questionnaire or via the contact form.
